Hello Dixon Park Nippers!

Well, what a cracking day it was up at the beach on Sunday, and it looks as though we might be blessed with similar conditions again this weekend! The forecast at the moment is for a hot, sunny day with a high of 29 degrees, small 1ft of swell, and a light westerly breeze, so hopefully we’ll be able to do it all again! In these conditions, we’ll aim for plenty of time in the water on boards and swim.

As usual, the day will run as follows:

8:30am – Nippers desk will open for sale of merchandise
8:45am – Beach set up – please come down and help out!
9:00am – Age Manager briefing
9:20am – Nippers seated on the grass in their age groups & Morning address
9:30am – Nippers starts
10:45am – Nippers ends
11.00am – Off the beach

A few parents have asked about a further proficiency swim. Unfortunately, we don’t have anyone who can sign these off, so please head down to Arnold’s Swim Centre (or any other pool) and they can do it.

We hope to see you all down at the beach again this Sunday for an awesome day. As usual, we’ll be cooking up some snags so bring a few bucks.
