Mid-Week Fitness Session Recomming NEXT week (11TH SEP)! NEW TIME 5:15 PM

Regular mid-week training to recommence NEXT WEDNESDAY (10TH Sep) from the NEW time 5:15 PM to 6:15 PM.

Each session will be structured and run by Vlad Shatrov (club member and pro trail runner).

Sessions are FREE.

What to bring:
Suitable clothes to train in – Running/Strength work, running shoes, water bottle and towel.

What do the sessions look like:
Initially we will run a similar type of session every week, which will include running intervals, drills and strength exercises that will improve your fitness, running and overall strength.

Sessions will run even if it’s raining, and the running will sometimes be on the beach but also on nearby parks and reserves depending on the session type. Soon these sessions will be further tailored to be in line with your competitive and fitness goals.

All levels of fitness are encouraged to attend!
