Welcome Back Nippers Families!

We are looking forward to seeing you all on the beach tomorrow morning and hoping for a wonderful, sunny and fun filled season.

Tomorrow the merchandise & committee team will be down at the club and ready to help from 8am. Some
orders will be available for pick up and others we are expecting in stock soon. We will have some order forms available for any out of stock items.

This season we will also be asking for volunteers from each age group to assist with manning the BBQ and we will provide a roster for the following weeks and do a call out and remind each age group who’s on before the day. It’s great to get some help and also allows our regular volunteers to occasionally get down on the beach and see their kids participate as well. For tomorrow we will do a call out during the briefing so if anyone is keen and able, please let the team know that you can help and we will notify the relevant age groups for future sessions.

Sunday 16th October

8am Merchandise desk open

9.00am Age Manager & helper briefing

9.10am Nippers to be on the grass lined up in age groups for roll call

9.20-9.30am Nippers on the beach

10.45-11am End & Sausage Sizzle

Sausage & Bread $3 and juice $2
Cash & EFTPOS available
